The Reports & Analytics module provides comprehensive insights into policy acknowledgment compliance. Track completion rates, monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and generate compliance reports for audits and stakeholder presentations.
Compliance Tracking
Monitor acknowledgment rates, identify overdue items, and track completion trends over time.
Performance Analysis
Analyze campaign effectiveness, average completion times, and department performance.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reports
From the sidebar, click on "Policy Acknowledgement" → "Reports".
Apply Filters
Use the filter controls at the top to customize the report by date range, campaign, or department.
Key Metrics
Number of campaigns created in the selected period
Percentage of users who have acknowledged policies
Average time between campaign start and user acknowledgment
Number of acknowledgments past their due date
Report Sections
Summary Cards
High-level metrics including total campaigns, completion rate, average completion time, and overdue count. These provide a quick overview of your compliance status.
Department Breakdown
Completion rates by department with progress bars and counts. This helps identify departments that may need additional support or reminders.
Campaign Performance
Individual campaign metrics including completion rate, average response time, and status. Compare campaign performance to identify best practices.
Trends
Monthly trends showing campaign activity, acknowledgment volume, and completion rates over time. Use this to track improvements and identify patterns.
Exporting Reports
PDF Export
Click "Export PDF" to generate a formatted PDF report. Ideal for sharing with stakeholders, printing, or including in compliance documentation.
Excel Export
Click "Export Excel" to download data in Excel format. Useful for further analysis, pivot tables, or custom reporting.
CSV Export
Export data as CSV for import into other systems or basic spreadsheet analysis. CSV files contain raw data without formatting.
Using Report Filters
Date Range Filter
Select a time period for the report:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last year
- Custom range (select specific start and end dates)
Campaign Filter
Filter by campaign status or select a specific campaign to view detailed metrics for that campaign only.
Department Filter
Filter by department to view acknowledgment rates and performance for specific organizational units.
Best Practices
Review reports regularly (weekly or monthly) to track compliance trends
Set up alerts for campaigns with low completion rates or high overdue counts
Use department breakdowns to identify areas needing additional support
Export reports regularly for audit documentation and compliance records
Use PDF exports for stakeholder presentations and executive summaries
Maintain historical reports to demonstrate compliance over time
